If so, then it is time to let them know that (1) your trademark is still in use; or (2) that your trademark is not currently in use due to special circumstances that excuse nonuse. Why is this necessary, you ask? Well, the USPTO needs this information to ensure that they are maintaining and renewing registrations that are actually being used. It’s helps you to keep your rights, and also provides others with continued notice of your right. This service includes the filing and preparation of your §8, 9 and 71 filings. §15 filings are $1,095.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please contact us no later than 3 hours prior to your meeting time. Failure to do so may result in a $125 penalty fee being assessed to your account - the cost for one 1/2 hour consult.
