Service Description

This service includes a 1 hour consult with The Brand Attorney, as well as the submission of your Articles of Incorporation with the Georgia Secretary of State, Publication of Notice to Incorporate within the local legal newspaper, EIN Retrieval, Corporate Bylaws, as well as S-Corp/C-Corp tax election. Filing Fees are included.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please contact us no later than 3 hours prior to your meeting time. Failure to do so may result in a $125 penalty fee being assessed to your account - the cost for one 1/2 hour consult.
