Has someone used your mark inappropriately or without your consent? If the answer is yes, then it’s time to place them on notice and to send them a demand to stop the infringing activity. A cease and desist letter is a correspondence sent on your behalf to inform potentially infringing third parties of your trademark rights, and demands that they cease use or face additional consequences for their failure to adhere. This fee covers the initial letter, shipping costs and the initial response from the infringing party.* *Pricing starts at $750.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please contact us no later than 3 hours prior to your meeting time. Failure to do so may result in a $125 penalty fee being assessed to your account - the cost for one 1/2 hour consult.
