On September 18th, I want to meet with you for a 6-hour workshop to go over all things related to brand protection. 

Why?

Because it’s not enough to just have a trademark, you have to do a little more to ensure that it remains yours and only those whom you allow use it.    Plus, you may not always have the budget to hire an Attorney (and certain issues may not require one).    This workshop is virtual and in-person and during our time together, you will learn how to:    

1. Conduct a proper trademark search before creating a new brand that you can’t legally protect
2. Monitor your trademark to ensure that there are no infringers or copycats
3. Contact infringers to increase their likelihood of cooperation
4. Send a Cease & Desist notice to dismantle infringing businesses or individuals
5. Audit your business to identify possible areas of exposure that will save you thousands of dollars and inconvenience
6. Monitor the USPTO’s system for possible infringers to minimize brand confusion
